Ravina Park is located in a residential neighborhood on the southeast side of South Bend. Running directly through the park is Bowman Creek, which had been the victim of decades of neglect. We partnered with the City of South Bend and local neighborhood groups to transform this once-forgotten waterway into a valuable and publicly accessible community asset.

The Bowman Creek bank stabilization project required the use of A-Jacks, a Toe Wood Structure, Soil Lifts, Log Revetment, Rock Weirs, Coir Blanket, Live Stakes, Whips, and Native Seeding.
